KEA Fellows Made a Difference Today

Today was an awesome experience. All of the KEA Fellows chipped in some cash as we went to local grocery stores in Frankfort to buy groceries for customers of our choice. It was a heart touching experience to say the least.

I'm so happy to be a part of this group of Fellows this year.

About me:

My name is Tyler Watts. I am a first grade teacher, a KEA Fellow, a Learning Spaces Fellow, an Expeditionary Learning Fellow, A Member of the LCTO and UKREA, a KEA Delegate, The UKREA Visibility Committee member, School Technology Coordinator, KEA Building Representative for LES, SBDM Vice Chair, the school HEROes club coordinator, I tutor students 1-2 days per week after school, am currently taking masters courses at Midway University, the school website editor, co-pee wee basketball coordinator, and I like to attend PTO meetings when possible. Last year I started a district wide formative assessment group called TIFA (Teachers Investigating Formative Assessments). After 3pm, I am a husband and a dad to a 2.5 year old rotten little stinker that loves to dance.
